We are AlphabyteTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
What We're Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
