We are WaveSync, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior Data Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
