We are Arcadia Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
