We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Junior Technical Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
