We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Customer Success Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
