We are ProtonWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Mobile Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
