We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Principal Senior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
What We're Looking For:
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
