We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Senior Growth Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
