We are Nexus Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Staff Account Executive to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
